Thriving Mamas support group starting soon

Whether this is your first or your fifth, each postpartum experience comes with its own unique set of challenges.

Between volatile hormones, sleep deprivation, and constant care for a tiny human (along with a million other changes) you may be feeling like you have lost yourself somewhere along the way.

And throw in a pandemic? Typical supports and resources have been limited or non-existent over the last few years. Instead of a village, many moms have had to take on the responsibility of raising a child alone.

The numbers don’t lie, recent research is indicating that as many as 1 in 3 women have experienced postpartum depression during the pandemic. Rates of anxiety, stress, and loneliness have also significantly increased for perinatal women.

At Hudson Therapy, we are excited to announce our Thriving Mamas Support Group! This is an online therapeutic support group that will meet weekly for six weeks. We will provide space for you to share your story, support one another, and gain tools to thrive. If this sounds like something you’re looking for, we would LOVE to hear from you!
