Comparing yourself to others, and constantly feeling like you're not good enough. Feeling behind, like everyone else has it all together. They’ve got a better job, a better relationship, they’re a better parent.
You see everyone else’s lives on social media, and think to yourself, “I wish my life was like that.”
We know what it's like because we've been there. We're normal, relatable people just like you, and we get it. And some people think that’s uncommon for a therapist.
